Terms of Use

Effective date: 12.10.2026. These Terms are an agreement between you and the Terrace Wars project ("we") about using Terrace Wars. By creating an account you accept them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. One person — one account. Accounts are personal and may not be sold or transferred.

2. The Game

Terrace Wars is a free browser game about football fan culture. Fights in the Game are fictional and stylised. The Game does not promote real violence, hooliganism, discrimination or any illegal activity — do not take any of it into the real world.

Football clubs, leagues and fixtures are shown for information only; club names belong to their owners. Crests in the Game are original stylised designs. The Game is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any club, league or federation.

3. Virtual items and currency

Coins, tokens and items are a limited licence to use game content. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money and are not your property. Trading them outside the Game is forbidden. We may rebalance the Game, which may change the value or properties of items.

4. Rules of conduct

It is forbidden to:

• insult, threaten, harass or discriminate against other players (by race, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, club or otherwise);
• call for real violence, publish extremist content, organise real fights or meetings for them;
• post personal data of others, contacts, links, spam or advertising;
• use bots, scripts, exploits, multiple accounts or other unfair advantages; share or sell accounts;
• impersonate staff or other players; choose offensive names.

Moderators may hide content, mute, restrict, rename or ban accounts. You can appeal a sanction in the Game.

5. Your content

You keep the rights to texts you write (chat, "About me", announcements) and give us a non-exclusive, free, worldwide licence to store and show them in the Game for as long as they are there. You are responsible for your content.

6. Availability and changes

The Game is provided "as is". We try to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change, add or remove features, run seasons and resets described in the Game. We will announce significant changes in advance where possible.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the law.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of virtual items or data, or for content of other players. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country.

9. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the operator's country of registration, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. Please contact info@terracewars.com first — most issues can be solved quickly.
