Torn is one of the largest text-based browser games in the world, running since 2004: a crime city, crimes, businesses, a gym and factions at war with each other. Terrace Wars is also a game about a city and its groups — but our city lives for football.
What feels familiar
A city split into districts, long progression, stat training at the gym, jobs and trading, player groups at war with each other. In Terrace Wars these are fan crews and the districts of Fan City.
What is different
No crime and no jail: the clashes are fan fights and the violence is only in-game. The big event is your club’s real matches, when its fans fight for the stand.
Presentation
Instead of text pages there is an illustrated interface: your fan, 520 items, the arena and the stands. A turn-based fight takes a couple of minutes.
