Professions and crafting
In the workshop players make their own gear, food and sports nutrition. Crafting is cheaper than the shop, it is the only way to get high-quality items, and your profession decides how far you can sharpen gear in the forge.
Eight professions
- Tailor — headwear, tops and trousers.
- Bootmaker — trainers, boots and football boots.
- Jeweler — chains and pendants, masks and glasses, bracelets and watches.
- Prop Master — everything held in the hand: flares, megaphones, drums.
- Engineer — belts, bags and talismans.
- Tifo Artist — flags and tifo kits for match days.
- Pharmacist — sports nutrition and physio: 30-minute boosts and injury cures.
- Cook — tea, hot dogs, pies and match-day meals.

Three slots and levels
You can learn up to three professions, and they stay forever: the first is open right away, the second from fighter level 5, the third from level 10. Learning one costs 100 coins.
A profession has 10 levels. A craft gives 20 + 10 × recipe level profession XP, and the next level needs 100 × level² XP. Ranks: Apprentice (1), Journeyman (3), Master (5), Expert (7) and Guild legend (9). New recipes unlock as you level up.
Recipes, materials and the queue
A recipe is materials plus a small workshop fee. Together that is about 80% of the item’s shop price (75% for consumables). Materials drop in street fights and from jobs, and are sold on the market and in token packs.
Orders go into the workshop queue and land in your bag on their own when ready. You can do other things while they craft.

Item quality
Only crafting gives better than normal quality: Fine (+3% to bonuses), Exceptional (+6%) and Legendary (+10%). The chance grows with profession level, the Mind stat and the crew bench.
Crew benches
The workshop at the crew base gets profession benches: on your own bench crafting is 20% faster and gives Fine more often. At workshop level 5 the benches become master benches: 30% faster.
